About the campaign

Walk it. Ride it. is a project focused on making it easier for people in Burmantofts, Harehills, and Richmond Hill to access walking, wheeling, and cycling opportunities. Spending time outside and moving around can help improve our mood, lower stress, and make us feel more relaxed.

So we’re working together to:

  • Make the local area cleaner and safer. This includes seeing where things such as parks, crossings, and playgrounds can be improved
  • Create themed trails in Burmantofts, Harehills, and Richmond Hill. These are fun routes for people to walk, wheel, or jog – with lots of places to rest and play along the way!
